Chamber of Commerce honors local businesses, individuals

SPENCER – The Martinsville-Henry County Chamber of Commerce honored businesses and individuals at their Business Appreciation Luncheon Tuesday at The Spencer-Penn Centre. The keynote speaker was Danny Wulff, Owner Operator Chick-fil-A in Martinsville.

Those honored were:

• Robert Iuppa and Al Flora of SleepSafe Beds/Assured Comfort, Manufacturing/Distribution award

• James Williams of Dependable Home Healthcare, the Small Business Award for Service

• Robert Haley of Haley's Vacuum & Uptown Pinball, the Uptown Business of the Year Award

• Latala Hodges, Young Professional award

• Blake Collins, Young Professional award

• Roger Curtis and Amanda Hackenberg of The Jeweler's Edge, Retail award

• Clay Campbell and George Lester recognized as the Business Person of the Year Award is renamed the Campbell-Lester Business Person of the Year Award
