FRANKLIN COUNTY – A 28-year-old Rocky Mount man died after a crash on Friday.
The crash occurred at 10:14 PM on Hardy Road, east of Middle Valley Road in Franklin County.
According to state police, a 1998 Buick LeSabre was traveling west on Hardy Road, when the vehicle ran off the right side of the road, struck a guardrail and overturned.
State police say the driver, Timothy Ray Muterspaugh, II, was wearing his seatbelt and died at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
