ROCKY MOUNT – Wednesday, STEP, Inc brought a class to the Franklin County Sheriff's Office on a field trip. The kids had made gifts to present including a poster of police cars and a poster of their handprints, each with the children’s names on them. Franklin County Sheriff's Office said, "Thanks to STEP and teachers Tracie Oakes and Carol Muse for thinking of us. Everyone had a great time!"
