FRANKLIN COUNTY – Virginia State Police are investigating a tractor trailer crash on Route 40 at the Franklin County line. The crash occurred at 1:10 p.m. The truck struck an embankment and lost its load. The road is blocked at this time. There were no injuries. Troopers are responding.
