Philpott Marina to be closed until October 3

BASSETT – The Philpott Marina will be closed to all boat traffic from Sunday, September 30 at 8 PM until Wednesday, October 3 at 8 AM for paving and sealing of the parking lot. The store will be open only on Monday, October 1 to foot traffic during this period. The upper lot will be open on Monday, but no boats may be launched.

Philpott Lake says, “To accommodate our boating guests, Bowen's Creek will remain open during the day and night hours. Users are reminded to use the honor vault located at the gate house to pay day use fees.”
