REIDSVILLE, NC – Rockingham County Sheriff' Deputies are seeking the whereabouts of Roger Dale Enoch, Jr., age 39. Enoch has been charged by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Office with a violation of the North Carolina Sex Offender Registry law.
