Laurel Park students produce short film

The Laurel Park Middle School writing club was put together in order to get students to be more creative with writing and have fun with it. This year, one student participant, Maeve McCulloch (rising 9th grader at MVHS), suggested the group create a film. Members discussed a couple of comedy ideas with their advisor, William Cundiff. Following several safety concerns across the nation this year, Maeve brought up the idea of the film again, but instead of something humorous, she had written a plot and plan about a short film that would be “about a lockdown.”
