Hill retires after 23 years of service to community

MARTINSVILLE – Monday, Martinsville Fire and EMS recognized Firefighter and EMT James Hill on his retirement after serving the citizens of Martinsville for 23 years.

‘Hill began his career in 1995 and was assigned to B shift throughout his years of service. James Hill was always a dedicated employee and will be missed by all those in our department. We would like to wish him a long, healthy, and safe retirement,’ the department said.
