
HENRY COUNTY – A man is facing multiple felony charges following a search of his Hidden Valley Drive home on Wednesday.
The sheriff's office said this was the second search warrant executed there during the 16-month operation.
The first was executed on February 28, 2018.
The following was seized:
approximately one-quarter of a pound of meth
a small quantity of heroin
6 firearms,
body armor
$7800
8 vehicles
4 motorcycles
3 ATVs
1 boat
1 camper
1 enclosed trailer
The approximate street value of the drugs is more than $8,000, according to the sheriff's office.
31-year-old David Brandon Cannaday of Hidden Valley Drive was arrested and charged with the following:
Possession of 100 grams or more of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
Possessing a controlled substance while simultaneously possessing a firearm
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Cannaday is currently held in the Henry County Jail without bond.
This incident remains under investigation with additional charges pending.
