FRANKLIN COUNTY – Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Dispatcher Raine Bowles retired after 15 years of service. A special plaque presentation was held recently as Franklin County Sheriff Bill Overton honored Bowles for her exemplary service.

Sheriff Overton said, "This is a proud moment for The Office of The Sheriff as we honor a very dedicated employee. Dispatcher Bowles was the ultimate professional in that 911 Center. Cool under pressure is the best way I can describe her during her 15 years with us. Praying for a wonderful retirement and many, many happy years ahead. Thank you Raine for your time with us."
