DANVILLE – Jennifer Silva recently finished up her sophomore season of soccer at Averett University.
Not only is Silva an impressive soccer player but she has impressed peers and colleagues academically.
She was recently named to the Academic Board for Student Athletes at her university.
Silva played Varsity on Bassett High School soccer where she maintained a 4.0 GPA through her graduating year in 2018.
She continues to be an inspiration as a student athlete who majors in the rigorous Nursing program.
Silva comes back to the community on a regular basis to get hands on learning experience.
