Two injured after vehicle lands on roof in Axton

AXTON – Two men were injured after being involved in a crash in the 4000 block of Axton Road. The individuals received minor injuries after a black Nissan truck landed on its roof, Wednesday around 12 PM. The two males were transported to the emergency room by Ridgeway District Volunteer Rescue Squad. Henry County Public Safety and Virginia State Police responded to the scene.

Axton Road was reduced to one lane for about an hour.
