Franklin County officer removes snake from home

REDWOOD – Early this week, Franklin County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Chris Johnson became our “Snake Whisperer.” When Ms. Thomas, of Redwood, called about a snake in her house, Sgt. Johnson was ready to help. When asked what kind of snake it was, Johnson said, “Looked like a 30 foot python to me.” We sure understand that feeling. Thanks Ms. Thomas for calling and thanks to Sgt. Johnson for being there.
